Science Fiction aside. Realisticly it is more than possible to create a PERSONAL Travel Unit and travel for a duration of 2hrs at 3-6,000ft.
Alloys are required to sustain the enclosed capsule. Then in reality the sky is the limit!
Bear in mind that this is required to carry the fuel-payload to permit “AIR-TIME”
“G-Forces” are the only limitation to speed!
An EXO-SKELETON is required to CARRY the fuel PAYLOAD for a single PERSONAL unit unfortunately!

Don’t think too hard as the Russian military are looking at such designs already!
